The Challenge of In-Mold Electronics

Making something that doesn't yet exist seem credible.

Already established in the automotive sector, Symbiose wanted to expand In-Mold Electronics into new markets. This technology, which integrates electronic functions directly into plastic parts, needed to win over manufacturers in the medical, home automation, household appliance, and aerospace industries—without having prototypes to demonstrate its potential.

For each sector, we designed a product incorporating In-Mold Electronics, tailored to meet the specific uses and constraints of that industry. Two 3D animated films and twelve 3D renderings brought five realistic applications to life, providing Symbiose with marketing materials capable of winning over new markets even before the first prototypes existed.
